All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our professional tools and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- Item must be in the same condition as when received
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Test Instruments that have been removed from their sealed packaging
- Voltage Tester Pens that show signs of use
- Plumbing & Air Condition items that have been installed or used
- Locks & Ironmongery that have been cut or modified
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Product name and SKU (if available)
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Photos if applicable for damaged/defective items
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order after your return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Include photos of the damage/defect in your email
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
