Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Test Instruments that have been removed from their sealed packaging
- Voltage Tester Pens that show signs of use
- Plumbing & Air Condition items that have been installed or used
- Locks & Ironmongery that have been cut or modified
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

- Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchanges
For exchanges of the same value:

For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to place a new order after your return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
